This page explains how to contact Planetary Hours about the Service, an account, a subscription or a complaint.
1. Contact Planetary Hours
- Product, account-functionality and technical support: [email protected]
- Sign-in, email verification, password recovery and suspected account-security issues: [email protected]
- Privacy and personal-data matters: [email protected]
- Questions about the Terms and other legal correspondence: [email protected]
You may also use the Support button available on PlanetaryHours.io. The in-Service message form is available to signed-in users and sends the message with the verified email address associated with the account. Email remains available whether or not you have an account.
2. What Support Covers
Planetary Hours Support can assist with:
- accessing account functionality after successful authentication;
- paid access that does not appear after a confirmed purchase;
- reproducible technical problems or unexpected errors;
- questions about operating the Service or locating a feature;
- account settings and deletion controls; and
- suggestions and product feedback.
Support can explain how the Service operates but does not provide personal astrological consulting or legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. It cannot guarantee that an astrological configuration or use of the Service will produce a particular real-world outcome.
3. Information to Include
Please provide only information reasonably necessary to investigate the request. Depending on the issue, useful information may include:
- the email address associated with the account;
- the affected page or feature;
- the date and approximate time of the problem;
- the steps that produced the problem;
- the displayed error message;
- the browser and operating system used;
- a screenshot with unrelated personal information concealed; and
- for a paid-access problem, the Paddle transaction reference and approximate purchase date.
Do not send complete payment-card details. Planetary Hours normally needs a transaction reference, not the payment credentials used for the transaction.
4. Sensitive Information
Planetary Hours Support will not ask you by email for:
- your Planetary Hours password;
- a complete debit or credit card number;
- a card security code;
- an online-banking password;
- an authentication recovery code or active session token; or
- a cryptocurrency private key or recovery phrase.
If you receive a message requesting such information, do not provide it. Contact Planetary Hours using the address published on this page.
5. Billing, Subscriptions and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for the transaction.
Contact Paddle Buyer Support about:
- a charge or payment method;
- a receipt, invoice or transaction record;
- a duplicate or unrecognised Paddle transaction;
- a cancellation that cannot be completed through the available subscription controls; or
- a withdrawal or refund request.
Contact Planetary Hours Support when payment has been confirmed but Plus access is missing or the paid functionality itself is not operating as described. Planetary Hours can investigate the account entitlement and product issue but does not request complete card information or make a separate direct repayment for a transaction processed by Paddle.
Subscriptions can be managed through Account → Subscription, through the management link in the Paddle transaction email or through Paddle Buyer Support. Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Refund Policy, and current plan information is stated on the Pricing page.
6. Privacy Requests and Account Deletion
Requests concerning access to, correction of, restriction of, objection to, portability of or deletion of personal data should be sent to [email protected]. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
An account-deletion request can also be started using the Delete my account control in the account area. If a subscription is active, it must first be cancelled or scheduled to end so that recurring billing does not continue after account deletion.
7. Security Reports
If you believe that an account has been accessed without authorisation, or that the authentication process itself may be insecure, contact [email protected]. For another security vulnerability affecting PlanetaryHours.io, contact [email protected]. Provide only enough information to reproduce and assess the issue.
Do not access, alter, retain or disclose another person’s data in order to demonstrate a vulnerability. Do not include passwords, session tokens or other unnecessary secrets in the report.
Planetary Hours does not operate a public bug-bounty programme. Submitting a security report does not create an entitlement to payment or another reward unless this has been agreed in writing in advance.
8. Formal Complaints
A complaint concerning the Planetary Hours product, account access or operation of the Service may be submitted to [email protected]. No special complaint form is required. To help identify and investigate the matter, state where possible:
- the account or email address concerned;
- the affected feature or transaction;
- the date or approximate time of the problem;
- what happened; and
- the remedy requested.
We may request additional information where it is reasonably necessary to investigate the complaint.
Planetary Hours will respond within any mandatory period applicable to the request. Otherwise, response and resolution times depend on the nature of the issue, the information available and, where relevant, the response of an independent provider. The response will be provided by email or another durable medium. An automated delivery or submission confirmation acknowledges receipt only and is not the substantive response to the complaint.
Complaints concerning a Paddle payment, charge, transaction document, cancellation or refund may also be submitted through Paddle Buyer Support. Product and account complaints may still be submitted directly to Planetary Hours.
Additional complaint, consumer-remedy and dispute information is provided in the Terms of Use.
9. Response and Resolution
Planetary Hours may need to verify account ownership or request further relevant information before acting on a request. Resolution time depends on the nature of the issue and, where applicable, the response of an independent provider.
Except for a deadline required by applicable law, this page does not promise a particular response or resolution time. Suggestions and feature requests may be considered but do not create an obligation to implement or retain a feature.
